TASTE OF TANTRA: INTRODUCTION

An Introductory Class for Women and Men Interested In Exploring Tantric Practice
Co-leaders: Lovers Lair Mistress Linda of and Sex Coach Malcolm Hayes, PhD(c). Register through Lovers Lair, (425) 775-4502. The cost for this four hour class is $75.00

When you register with Lovers Lair, Malcolm will contact each registrant by email prior to this class on Lynnwood location, how to prepare, what to bring, and be available to answer questions or address any concerns you may have.
Tantra is fluidity:  it can be fiery or quiet, can express its practice through calm or intensity.  Its practice can bring subtlety, extreme sensitivity, and passionate presence & engagement.

This introductory class will cover core Tantra Principles and apply them through practice. It will include self and interactive exploration through active meditations, breath work, directed genital touch, holding & sensing energy, and non-verbal communication.

Tantra in the West is often associated with sex, and this class will be an introduction to full body touching and pleasuring. There will be space to observe, open yourself alone, or share with others, as you feel to do.

Sex Coach, Malcolm Hayes, has been a sex therapist, a graduate professor of human sexuality, and group facilitator for positive psychology for 30 years. Currently, as a Somatic Awareness Coach, he works as a Sex and Relationship Coach for individuals, couples and groups. His has an extensive background in Tantra teaching, acquired in India in 1980, and from Body Electric in 1990.
