| Is my credit card safe? |
| Yes, our site is secure. Your credit card information is processed by one of the premiere processing site on the web, Authorize.net, then disappears from our records. No one in our office ever sees credit card numbers of orders that are placed online. |

| How to contact us... |
| The best way to reach us is by email at orders@loverslair.net. You will receive a response from a real, live human being. We'll do our best to get back to you promptly. However, if we receive your request on a weekend, holiday or late afternoon of our business day we may not be able to respond to you until the next business day. The hours when we are in our office and available by phone are Monday thru Friday, 10-5 Pacific Time. You may also telephone us during our business hours (see above) at 425-775-4502. If you receive a busy signal or message please call us again or leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Please have your order number ready when you call to help us serve your faster. Our fax number is 425-776-7434. |

| Order not received? |
| Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your products. If you are concerned that your order is taking too long to be delivered, please feel free to email or call us (email is best). If you still have it, please provide us with the USPS tracking number from the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. Using this, we will be able to determine when your order was shipped and/or whether it has been delivered to your local post office. Special lingerie and leather/PVC orders may take as long as two to three weeks for your order to arrive. Generally, orders to the West coast arrive faster, those to the East coast a bit longer (we ship from Seattle). Most orders will arrive within 5-14 days, but we can't guarantee such speedy service. Orders by First Class Mail and Priority Mail will usually arrive in 2-5 days, and perhaps a bit longer during the holiday season. |

| Orders |
| Gift Orders..If you choose the "Gift" option when placing your order, the recipient's packing slip will only include a list of the package's contents, but not the prices. Orders paid with by a credit card will be shipped the same day or thenext business day. We do not ship on Sunday. Orders received after Saturday morning may not ship until Monday. |

| Returns |
| If you are not satisfied with your product or it is damaged, please return it for replacement within 15 days of delivery to 4001 198th St SW #7, Lynnwood, WA.98036. Teddies and panties are non-returnable. If you receive a defective product, please call us immediately and we will rush out a replacement (along with our apologies!) |

| Lovers Lair, Inc. will deliver to virtually any country in the world. Postage will be added to our regular shipping charges as warranted. Remember, magazine subscriptions can only be sent to addresses in the USA. |

| Shipping and Handling |
| Our shipping and handling charge includes postage and handling of your products. We charge a $6.00 for shipping up to 2 products. up to 4 products we charge $9.00, up to 6 products we charge $12.00. We charge a handling fee of $2.00 per product at this time. |
